"We enrolled our daughter in the toddler program at Little Millennium, Sector 143, Noida, hoping for a safe and caring environment. However, our experience has been deeply disappointing and concerning. On April 8, 2024, our daughter was injured during school hours, yet we were not informed by anyone at the school. It was only upon our inquiry the following day that we learned of the incident, despite her young age (1.5 years) and the severity of the situation. Following this, we decided to discontinue our daughter’s enrollment, prioritizing her safety above all. In discussions with the school, we requested the CCTV footage from April 8 to understand the circumstances around her injury. The school informed us there was a technical issue with the footage, but they assured us that it would be resolved soon. Despite multiple follow-up emails, calls, and messages on WhatsApp, we received no update or response from the school. This ongoing unavailability of CCTV footage has raised serious concerns about transparency, especially given that the school attempted to convince us that the incident did not occur on school premises. This entire experience has left us questioning the school's commitment to child safety and accountability. The lack of communication and responsiveness only intensified our doubts. We hope that this feedback encourages the school to improve its approach toward student safety, parental communication, and overall transparency to prevent other families from facing similar issues."
